Dudek Group I-Träger
DIB I-Träger – DUDEK I-Träger können überall dort eingesetzt werden, wo herkömmliche Massivholzkonstruktionen zum Einsatz kommen – in Wänden, Dächern und Decken. Dank ihrer I-Träger-Struktur ermöglichen sie die Herstellung leichter und dennoch langlebiger Bauteile.
DIB-Träger bestehen aus zwei Trägern aus festigkeitssortiertem Konstruktionsholz und einem OSB-Steg. Diese Materialkombination garantiert hohe Qualität und die Einhaltung definierter Festigkeitsparameter.
Wir bieten auch die Möglichkeit, Träger mit Sonderabmessungen und -längen nach Kundenwunsch zu fertigen.
Dudek Group Holzträger
Holzträger sind ein unverzichtbares Element im Decken- und Geschossbau und gewährleisten Stabilität und Sicherheit beim Betonieren. Dank spezieller Polymerbeschläge sind ihre Enden vor Beschädigungen geschützt, was die Lebensdauer des Produkts deutlich verlängert.
Die Balkenregale bestehen aus hochwertigem Fichtenholz und sind für maximale Stabilität mikrogezinkt. Der Steg aus dreischichtiger, 27 mm starker Platte und präzise Nut-Feder-Verbindungen mit wasserfestem Leim garantieren Stabilität und Zuverlässigkeit der Konstruktion.

I-Beams from Dudek Group
DUDEK I-Beams (DIB) can be used anywhere conventional solid wood structures are used – in walls, roofs, and ceilings. Their I-beam design allows for the construction of lightweight yet durable structural elements.
DIB beams consist of two shelves made of strength-graded structural timber and a web made of OSB. This material combination guarantees high quality and maintains defined strength parameters.
We also offer the option of custom-sized beams and lengths, according to individual customer orders.
Wooden Girders from Dudek Group
Wooden girders are an indispensable element in the construction of ceilings and stories, ensuring stability and safety during concreting. Special polymer fittings protect their ends from damage, significantly extending the product’s service life.
The beam shelves are made of high-quality fir wood, finger-jointed for maximum strength. The web is made of 27 mm thick, three-layer board and precisely bonded with waterproof glue to ensure the structure’s strength and reliability.

WALLS / WALL ELEMENTS MADE OF I-BEAMS
Walls with posts made of Dudek I-beams are durable and have excellent thermal insulation properties. The use of the I- profile practically eliminates the problem of linear thermal bridges in frame houses.
EILINGS / FLOORS MADE OF I-BEAMS
The ceiling made of Dudek I-beams enables large spans of living spaces. This is possible by the very good utilization of the tensile properties of wood. A high degree of material rigidity reduces the beam deflection in the case of very large spans of the ceilings or floors.
ROOFS MADE OF I-BEAMS
Dudek I-beams perfectly fulfill their function as elements in the roof structure, both in single-family and multi-family houses. This is possible by the very good
utilization of the tensile properties of wood. A high degree of material rigidity reduces the beam deflection in the case of very large spans
of the ceilings or floors.

REDUCTION OF THERMAL BRIDGES
A thermal bridge (often colloquially referred to as a cold bridge) is an area in components of a building that conducts heat better and that transports heat to the outside faster than it can pass through the adjacent components. As a result, the corresponding component (e.g. a corner of the room) cools down more quickly and experiences a lower temperature than the surrounding area. If the temperature falls below the dew point, the moisture contained in the room air condenses on the component.
Low dead weight
DUDEK I-beams are light construction elements that can be moved, transported and assembled without great effort. The use of heavy lifting equipment is not necessary.

POSSIBILITY OF PREPARING OPENINGS IN THE WEB OF THE I-BEAMS
