Scandinavian windows

Wooden windows are a product characterized above all by their natural appearance, perfectly fitting into classic and historic buildings. Custom-made in a variety of shapes and colors, they are manufactured from laminated or solid wood, protected from weather conditions through impregnation and paint coatings.

Extraordinary solidity of workmanship

Scandinavian windows are a strong alternative to Euro windows. Their completely different design allows for improved tightness, durability, and burglary protection, as well as interesting functional features.

More space

Imagine a window that doesn’t require opening a curtain (internal blind) or removing larger items from the windowsill. Scandinavian windows open outward, allowing you to freely arrange the interior space around the window.

Window cleaning becomes a pleasure

The well-thought-out design and functionality of Scandinavian window hardware have allowed us to create a product that’s easy to maintain on a daily basis. The cantilever mechanism of Scandinavian windows allows the window sash to be rotated, allowing for cleaning of the window’s exterior from the inside.

Security

Scandinavian windows are equipped with mechanisms that prevent the window from suddenly opening uncontrollably. The window tilts approximately 10 cm and is then locked by a restrictor. Further opening requires the use of both hands to release the lock. This same restrictor also locks the window in the 180-degree position, leaving both hands free for cleaning.

Tightness

Scandinavian windows are characterized by excellent airtightness, confirmed by tests according to the PN-EN 12207 and PN-EN 12208 standards, achieving the highest class 4 air permeability and E1350/E1500 watertightness. The windows’ construction is designed so that wind pressure on the sash presses it against the frame, thus improving the window’s airtightness. In the case of inward-opening windows, the force of wind pressure can lead to a window leak, whereas in Scandinavian windows, this phenomenon is impossible.
